Understanding what you're going through

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

ANXIETY

When worry takes over

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, physical tension, racing thoughts, or a sense of dread that is hard to explain. You are not "just stressed" — anxiety is a real and treatable condition. In our work together, we explore what is driving your anxiety and build practical tools to help you feel calmer and more in control.

DEPRESSION

More than feeling sad

Depression affects how you feel, think, and function day to day. It can look like persistent low mood, loss of motivation, difficulty sleeping, or a quiet sense of emptiness. Therapy offers a space to understand what is underneath the depression and to gently rebuild a sense of meaning and connection in your life.

TRAUMA + PTSD

Healing what has happened

Traumatic experiences can leave lasting imprints on your nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety. Whether you experienced a single event or years of difficult circumstances, trauma-informed therapy creates a pace and space where healing becomes possible — without having to relive everything at once.

LIFE TRANSITIONS

Finding your footing through change

Major life changes — a new job, a loss, a relationship shift, becoming a parent, or simply feeling like your old life no longer fits — can bring up grief, confusion, and uncertainty. Therapy during transitions helps you process what is ending, clarify what you want, and move forward with intention.

COUPLES THERAPY

Strengthening your relationship

GOTTMAN METHOD

A research-based approach to connection

Couples therapy with me draws from the Gottman Method, an approach developed over decades of research on what makes relationships thrive or struggle. Rather than simply teaching communication scripts, we work on deepening friendship, building trust, and learning how to repair after conflict. Whether you are in a place of real pain or simply want to strengthen what you already have, this work can help.

I have completed training in the Gottman Method and incorporate its research-based tools and principles into my work with couples. The Gottman Method was developed through decades of research on what helps relationships thrive. If you'd like to learn more about this approach, the Gottman Institute's website is an excellent place to start.
